Recruitment for the Academic year 2010-2011

The Lebanese Autism Society- LAS, is recruiting for the school year 2010-2011 for its new integration project of Children with Autism in an English Speaking school, the following professionals:

• Special Educators:  The candidates should hold a BA in Education or psychology and a TD in Special Education or a BA in Special Education, be fluent in English language and have at least 2 years of experience in the field of Autism. Experience or training in ABA is a plus.

• Part-time Speech and Language Pathologist: The candidate should hold a BA in Speech and language pathology, be fluent in English and have at least 2 years of experience in the field of Autism.

• Part-time Psychomotor Therapist: The candidate should hold a BA in Psychomotor Therapy, be fluent in English and have at least 2 years of experience in the field of Autism.

• Assistant Special Educators: The candidates should hold a BA Education or psychology, be fluent in English language and have at least 2 years of experience in the field of Special needs.

• Shadow Teachers: The candidates should hold a BA in psychology or Education, or students in Education and Psychology willing to gain experience in the field of Autism and be fluent in English Language.

• >Administrative Assistant: The candidate should hold a degree in Public Administration, or related field, be fluent in English and Arabic language (Written and Spoken), and expert in using Microsoft office (word/excel) and the Internet. Experience in secretarial position is a plus.

Le CCA-Fr  (Classes  for  Children  with  Autism)  affilié  à  la  LAS (Lebanese Autism Society)  recrute des éducateurs et des AVS (auxiliaires de vie scolaire/accompagnateurs) pour l’année scolaire 2010-2011 :

Les étudiants en orthopédagogie, en psychologie et en éducation ainsi que les orthopédagogues, les éducateurs spécialisés et les éducateurs diplômés intéressés par un travail auprès d’enfants atteints d’autisme devront envoyer leur CV avec une lettre de motivation à l’attention de Mlle Grace MENASSA – Coordinatrice du CCA :
